Eston Mengelberg, Owner/Contractor
As a Lebanon, TN native, Eston graduated from Wilson Central High School in 2005. He continued his education at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, earning a degree in Biology. But don't let that fool you, Eston has a laundry list of experience in the construction world. Since he was young, he has had a passion for building. Accepting numerous trade jobs along the way, Eston has installed hardwood floors for basketball courts, spent some time working with a tiling company and even worked in commercial maintenance. For the past two years, Eston has had his Real Estate license through Capital Real Estate Services, while also working as a superintendent for Stacey Construction. After finding his place in the construction world, Eston obtained his contractors license for residential, commercial and industrial building. We cannot wait to see where his passion and skill will take us.
In his free time, Eston likes road and mountain bike, brew his own craft beer, kayak, build custom furniture and travel. He is also pretty good at trivia!
Kimbel Mengelberg, Owner/Real Estate Sales
Kimbel's background also starts in the city of Lebanon, TN. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 2004 and then continued her education on a track & field scholarship at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville, TN. Her degree is in Enterprise Management and Marketing was completed at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. It goes without saying that they are both huge UT fans! Go VOLS! After Kimbel's college days ended, she started working as an event planner for Five Oaks Golf and Country Club, before beginning a career in Real Estate. She now has a license with Blackwell Realty and Auction for over 4 years. Since 2017, she has been serving on the EMTAR Board of Directors. Kimbel is excited to use her expertise in their new business venture of building and remodeling homes.
